Shipment Labeling for Receiving

Every shipment we receive must be labeled with an identifier for your account. For small parcel shipments, each carton must be labeled with your name or business name. For freight shipments, the BOL must contain your name or business name.

Receiving spreadsheet

The shared Google spreadsheet will contain all orders to be shipped to Green Shipping. Please include Asin, Title, Qty Ordered, if multi-pack then note number of units in the listing, date of purchase, supplier, trackingID, STA workflow ID and any notes necessary for example “bundle” or “box”, etc.

Receiving

Upon receipt of a supplier package, we will verify contents with packing slip if included and receiving spreadsheet, note discrepancies, take pictures of any damaged units and update status field.

Damaged Items

We will provide picture/s of the damaged product/s received so you can contact your supplier for a return/replacement. If returns are required, the $1/return fee will apply and be processed when a return label is provided.

Large Shipments

All large shipments must be approved before sending them to us. A large shipment is defined as: 20 or more cartons via Small Parcel Carrier or pallets via LTL

Discuss these products prior to sending to us: Products heavier than 20 lbs and Products larger than 24 inches on their longest side

Tips

Target we suggest 4 or less orders per day to avoid Target marking you as a reseller and deleting your purchasing account. Also, they are not careful with shipping so try to separate delicate/crushable items from larger heavier items when ordering. They will throw them all in one box with minimal packaging.

We recycle inbound boxes from suppliers, use Uhaul boxes, and only charge you cost…
